For All Ages:
We are committed to having the best tournament experience for all levels of teams!! This B/C Series is
specifically made for the teams that are not as competitive in the Open division as they would like. We
want all kids to have the ability to play in big tournaments, and be competitive!
Payment- Payment is due 3 days after registration.
Conduct- Coaches are in control of all Players, Coaches, and Fans at all times during the tournament.
There does not have to be a warning given by the umpire, or Director.
- First Offense- If any Player, Coach, or Fan gets thrown out of a tournament game, the Head Coach is confined to the bench area for the rest of the tournament.
- Second Offense- If any Player, Coach, or Fan gets thrown out of a tournament game, the Head Coach will also be asked to leave for the rest of the tournament.
Ages- all ages will be determined by the April 30th birthdate

8U-13U All Bats -5 or greater must be stamped BPF 1.15 USSA or USA Baseball. No restrictions on bat

Game Length/Complete Game:
- 8U ALL GAMES EXCEPT CHAMPIONSHIP GAME will have a 1 hour 20 minute no new inning time
limit. - 9U-14U ALL GAMES EXCEPT CHAMPIONSHIP WILL HAVE A 1 hour 45 minute, no new inning
time limit. - CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL HAVE NO TIME LIMIT.
- All lengths of games can be modified by the Tournament Director.
- One full inning does constitute a complete game.
Home Team:
- Pool Play: Coin flip
- Bracket Play: highest seed
Innings:
- 8U-12U six-inning game or time limit.
- 13U & 14U seven-inning game or time limit.
Mercy Rules:
- 20 after 1
- 15 after 2
- 12 after 3
- 10 after 4
- 8 after 5
Playoffs/Tiebreakers:
- Head to Head, only if two teams are tied
- Fewest runs allowed
- Runs Scored
- Coin Flip
- No reseeding per round
Coaches in Dugout:
- Only 3 coaches are allowed in the dugout at any given time and one scorekeeper with
Gamechanger
Protests:
- If you would like to protest the game, please present $100.00 to the Tournament Director or
Site Director before your protest. If you win the protest, you will get your money back. If you
lose your protest, your money will be donated from AC Events to the charity of our choice.
Refunds:
A non-refundable $150 deposit is due at the time of registration.
Within 90 days of the start date of an event: There will be no entry refunds for withdrawal from a tournament within 90 days of the start of that particular event.
Outside 90 days of the start date of an event: If a team registers, pays, and then drops out prior to the 90 days, they can either transfer their entry, or receive a refund less a $150 administrative fee. If you withdraw (outside 90 days) from an Age Division that is FULL you will not receive a refund until/if your spot is replaced by another team! ($150 Admin Fee still applies).
If a tournament is not able to be completed, refunds will be calculated by the number of games played. If payment was made with a Credit Card, the payment will be refunded minus the Processing Fee.

Weather related refunds will go as follows:
- 0 games played: Entry fee minus a $150 administrative fee
- 1 game played: 50% Refund
- 2 games played: No Refund
Any registrations received after April 1st 2020, if an event is canceled due to an act of God (or by a government agency) teams will receive a credit for a future event.
Injured players:
- If a player is injured during a game, when his spot in the lineup comes up there will NOT be an
out taken by the offensive team. Once that player is determined injured, by the time his next at-bat is there, he may NOT reenter the game.

Courtesy Runners
- Courtesy runner only for the pitcher or catcher at any time, and must be the last batted out.
Pitching
- 9-12U 3 innings per game, 8 innings per tournament
- 13U & 14U 4 innings per game, 11 innings per tournament
- One pitch in an inning is considered one inning pitched
- If you are questioned about this, you must show your game changer, and violations will result in the coach being asked to leave immediately for the rest of the tournament, player being asked to leave for the remainder of that game, and each time the players spot in the lineup is up, the team will take an out.

Head First Slides
- 8U-10U NO Head First Slides, except back to the base.
- 11U -14U Head First Slides are allowed
Cleats
- 8U-12U: molded spikes
- 13U & 14U: metal spikes
- 13U & 14U: NO METAL SPIKES ON REMOVABLE MOUNDS! Violation for this is player removed for the rest of the game with their spot in the batting order taken as an out, and Coach will be asked to leave for the remainder of the day.
Specific Age Rules
8U
- No leads or steals
- 5 run max per inning, no continuation unless the ball is hit over the fence.
- 6th inning is unlimited runs
- Once ball is inside the circle, runners can’t advance past the base they were heading to. Play will
continue till over, and runners will be asked to return to their base. - 4 outfielders per team, no rovers
- 2 coaches are allowed on the field in foul territory for the fielding team
- No infield fly
- Seven pitches or three strikes per batter (second strike foul balls constate a pitch, but not a third
strike) - Infield overthrow the runner isn’t allowed to advance: Overthrow from the outfield the runners are
allowed to advance - If the coach in the designated pitching area is hit with a ball in play the play is considered a dead
ball and counts as a swing against the batters and play is repeated. - No bunting
9U
- Little League rules apply
- No leads or steals

- No dropped third strike
- No stealing of home plate. Players are locked at third, and can only advance:
