Originating from a need for Travel Baseball Tournaments in Pittsburgh, PA, we quickly became Western PA’s premier youth sports provider by upholding core values: Over Communication, Always Doing the Right Thing, and Demonstrating Care.

• Prior experience in organizing youth sporting events
• Tech-savvy with a knack for software and technology troubleshooting
• Problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying time-saving improvements

• Someone who isn’t comfortable with being challenged to try something new, do it a different way or get out of their comfort zone.
• Someone who asks questions without first working out what information is needed to answer the question or how they might answer the question themselves if there was no one about to ask.

What You’ll Do (But Also Not Limited to These Tasks):

• Daily recruitment of new teams via phone, text, email, and social platforms
• Daily handling of phone calls and info account emails
• Daily research for new contacts and potential team leads
