As the Operations Business Manager (OBM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of removing the CEO from AC Sports’ day-to-day operations. This part-time position reports directly to the CEO, contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the organization.

- Leadership Skills: The OBM should be able to guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively. They should be adept at strategic planning, setting objectives, and coordinating efforts to meet business goals.

- Financial Acumen: Understanding financial statements, budgeting, and cost management are crucial for an OBM. They should be able to assess the financial health of the organization and make decisions to ensure profitability.
- Organizational Skills: The OBM should be adept at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and organizing resources effectively. This is crucial to ensuring smooth business operations.
- People Management: This involves talent management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and understanding how to attract and retain talent. The OBM should have a good understanding of what drives employee satisfaction and productivity.

- Resilience and Stress Management: The OBM should be able to manage high-pressure situations without becoming overwhelmed. They should be able to bounce back from setbacks and maintain their composure in stressful situations.

- Previous experience as an OBM in the sports industry

What Does Success Look Like in This Role?
Success in this role involves efficiently managing all office and financial duties, freeing up time for the CEO to focus on business growth. Additionally, assisting in maintaining organizational order and decluttering the CEO’s workspace.

What You’ll Do (But Also Not Limited to These Tasks):
- Manage financial transactions using QuickBooks.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for upcoming events.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners.
